East Industrial Park

Members of our team were on this 110+ acre development project wich consisted of two distribution centers totaling approximately 1,000,000 SF and a regional medical office building. Scope included land procurement, two miles of off-site utility improvements which included the associated right-of-way from 26 homeowners, full entitlements for all three buildings including NPDES and PA Penn DOT highway occupancy permits.

Self-performed construction was associated with site work and a portion of the vertical construction. Tenants include Trader Joe’s (550,000 SF), Fisher Scientific (433,000 SF), and St. Luke’s Health System. Development team attracted over $2M in local, county and state incentives.


North Industrial Park

This project is a 600-acre, zoned industrial park located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone. Development team was responsible for establishing the partnering agreement with the local economic development agency resulting in the construction and development of over 2.4M SF of industrial distribution warehousing.

Self-performed over $10M in off-site and on-site infrastructure improvements. Project team received over $12M in county and state grants and loans.
