Forge and it’s partner, the Peach Tree Group have joint ventured to develop and construct the regions leading luxury motorcoach resort. The 500-lot project is located on a 90-acre lake in the city of Cape Coral, Florida.

Approvals for the Project took over seven years and included negotiating complex utility agreements with City and local counties and a very strong public relationship effort to obtain approvals. Project construction commenced in mid-2019 and the first phase is expected to be completed in Q3 2020. Project was financed via owner’s equity and regional bank debt.

Multi-family community in a natural setting

Forge is currently developer and owner of a new 16-building apartment community in Cape Coral. The development will consist of 768 units with a net rentable area of 764,992 SF on 84 acres. There will be 280 garages and 1,426 surface spaces.

While pursuing other development opportunities in SW Florida, Forge identified a market need for a Class A multi-family product in the fast growing city of Cape Coral. Embers Lake will be the largest multi-family project in the city and will benefit from its natural setting and multiple lakes on the property.

Civil engineering and land development activities commenced in 2019 with groundbreaking anticipated to be in Q4 2020, with the first units opening September 2021. Project was financed via owners’ equity and joint venture limited partner equity.

Pedestrian paths will connect to community amenities and adjacent roadways, including:

New Class A independent and assisted living facility

Forge, along with its joint venture partner, the Barron Colliers Companies, is currently developing, constructing, owning and operating a new Class A independent and assisted living facility located in Ave Maria, Florida.

The project will consist of 90 independent living and 30 assisted living units and will offer unique resident unit types allowing for pricing flexibility to better attract a wider demographic spectrum.

The Residences at Ave Maria serve as the first senior living facility to be located in the award-winning Ave Maria development.
