Team members were involved with the New Ventures, 275-acre industrial sit.e The development of two large warehouse/distribution projects totaling over 2,000,000 SF included a 1,000,000 SF project with American Tire Distributors. Developers procured all required land development improvements including extensive remediation of wetland mitigation associated with the USACOE permitting. Developers constructed the roads, bridges, and utility infrastructure for the entire project.
