Progressive Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility
The facility was designed as an institutional grade senior living building that provides progressive levels of care for persons requiring assisted living and memory care.
The project has assisted living (65 units) and memory care (62 units) facilities. The site was currently controlled by the Sponsor.
The building was based on the design and construction experience of Development Consulting gained in the development of a similar, recent and very successful project in Fort Myers, FL
